Get your hands dirty this summer! Foxfire Woods and Farm offers a unique summer camp experience that combines the joys of outdoor exploration with hands-on learning by teaching children about the importance of nature, healthy foods, physical activity, and animal care on the ever-changing brain. Campers will gain practical knowledge and life skills that they can carry with them long after the summer ends.
Camp groups are separated by age:
Woodland Playhouse + Hooves & Healing for ages 6 to 12
NaturePLAY Preschool Camp for ages 2.5 to 6, with parent
We also offer field trips for school systems, homeschoolers, and host birthday parties, family farm days, and workshops throughout the year. Please take a minute to learn more about what to expect for the 2025 summer season below.

Be sure to pack sunscreen, extra shoes and a change of clothes, reusable water bottle, non-aerosol (bee safe) bug spray, two snacks and a healthy lunch - no soda or juice, please! (honeybees) Children are welcome to bring a backpack filled with their extra clothes and rain gear to leave at our pole barn.
We offer full-day and half-day options depending on the age of your child. Take a look at what each day looks like for our campers:
🍃 Woodland Playhouse, June 9th - 13th
Ages 6 to 12
Monday - Friday from 9am to 3pm
$275/week
Description: Discover your dramatic side and create a show, staged in the forest. Campers will create props and costumes, enjoy playacting, creating a set and putting on a Shakespeare inspired show for parents Friday, on-stage and backstage roles available.
- 8:30am - 8:50am: Drop Off
- 9:00am - 12:00pm: Morning Session
- 12:00pm - 12:50pm: Lunch
- 1:00pm - 3:00pm: Afternoon Session
- 3:00pm - 3:30pm: Pick Up
Half-day options are available for younger children (ages 6 to 7) and are held from 9am - 12pm for $175/week.

Ages 6 to 12
Monday - Friday from 9am to 3pm
$275/week
Description: Campers will be exposed to hands-on problem solving through observing farm animals, hands on animal science activities, and solving pretend veterinary medical mysteries. They will gain familiarity with veterinary medicine concepts while helping to provide daily care for farm animals.

Description: Summer camp for the Littles! Join NaturePLAY for a 3 day Parent-Child summer camp experiance at Camp Foxfire- a place to explore the outdoors with purpose that inspires your child’s curiosity. Your child will be awaken to the wonders of learning and nature by being exposed to and taught in a farm and wooded/creek setting.
- 9:30am - 9:50am: Arrival
