  • New this year: paint your pony, ride bareback, and a foot jumping course! Also enjoy daily themed riding, games, obstacles, races, and trail ride. The fourth day will be “take your pick” where riders will choose which of the three themes they enjoyed the most and ride with other campers who chose the same.
  • New this year: head down to the art barn for arts and crafts! - Campers will create and take home a real horseshoe picture frame with a photo of the camper with their favorite camp pony, a pool noodle pony, feed-bag fashion show, holiday ornament, and more!
  • Small group horse care - grooming, bathing, paint-a-horse, hoof care, learning basic husbandry and wound care.
  • Group ground lesson - learn parts of the horse and hoof, breeds, colors, markings, various tack and their purposes, followed by a scavenger hunt to find real life examples of what we’ve learned.
  • Group barn chore to care for the horses that take care of us - throw a flake of hay, prepare feed for the horses’ next meal, top waters, wellness check, etc.
