Drop-Off Time:
7:50am to 9:20am
No one is able to check-in past 9:20am.
Pick-Up Time:
4:45pm to 5:45pm
All children MUST be picked-up by 5:45pm.

- Bring a lunch, swim suit, and towel daily: Children are very active during the day. Sending additional snacks for your children to eat is very helpful.
- Price: $35 per day/per child. Select your desired dates and register early to secure your child a spot. If you have any questions, please contact the Business Office at 706-543-6596 or email office@athensymca.org.
- Late Fee Policy: All children must be picked up by 5:45pm. If you are late the fees will go as follows: $15 at 5:46pm and an extra $5 for every 5 minutes after 5:45pm. Fees will be charged on your account the next business day.
- Refund Policy: All refund requests must be made by noon two business days prior to the day your child is scheduled to attend. For example, if your child is scheduled to attend on Monday, the refund request must be made the Thursday prior at noon. Any requests made after this deadline will not be refunded. A program change form must be completed to get a refund. Change forms are located on our website.
- Please Note: 15 registered children are required to hold Dynamic Days. In the event a day does not have 15 children registered, the day will be cancelled.
