| Celebrating over 92 years as Northeast Georgia’s longest-running fair, the Elberton 12-County Fair brings together 10 Georgia counties and two from South Carolina for a celebration of classic fair fun. Running October 16 to 26, 2025 at the historic Elberton fairgrounds, each night offers a midway full of rides for all ages, carnival games, live shows, food vendors, a 4-H petting zoo, and live music just one hour from downtown Athens. |

- Weekdays: 5:00pm - 11:00pm
- Saturdays: 12:00pm - 11:00pm
- Sundays: 2:00pm - 11:00pm

- $5 general admission per guest
- Kids under 36" tall are FREE with adult ticket
- Onsite parking $5 per vehicle

New Admission and Minors Policy:
- All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No more than 3 minors per 1 adult.
- Clear bags requested. All bags subject to search.

What to Expect From Your Visit
Carnival Rides & Attractions
This 2025 season, Dreamland Amusements, Inc. will be providing over 25 rides from high-flying thrillers like The Zipper and Alien Invasion to family classics such as the carousel, bumper cars, and kiddie rides for younger guests. Competitive Exhibits & Agriculture
Showcasing the talents of 4‑H and FFA youth, the fair features livestock exhibits, homegrown products, baked goods, local competitions for children and adults, plus Best Mullet Hair contests! Learn how you can participate in these competitions below.
Food & Prize Drawings
Grab a bite of some classic fair food from funnel cakes, pizza, corn dogs, and hot fudge sundaes, plus nightly prize drawings and blue ribbon awards at the general exhibits.

Want to Participate in a General Exhibit Competition?
General Exhibits are accepted from residents (including adults and children) divided into eight departments:

To enter an exhibit, you should reside in the Greater Elberton 12-County Fair Area, consisting of the following counties:
- Georgia: Elbert, Hart, Franklin, Madison, Banks, Oglethorpe, Wilkes, Lincoln, Clarke and Stephens
- South Carolina: Anderson & Abbeville
Entries will be received starting prior to the fair opening each day. Simply visit the fairgrounds and submit your entry. All entries will remain on display through Sunday night, October 26th, 2025.
