Step-By-Step Instructions for Laundry Pick Up and Drop Off
1. Schedule Your Pick Up
For new customers, first complete the simple sign-up process, then select your laundry pick-up date and time according to your convenience.
Customers can enter special notes for pickup drivers in order to communicate details like gate codes, where you will be setting your laundry bag (front porch or back porch), etc. You will have the option to receive text notifications for when your order is ready for pickup, is being delivered, and when your driver is on their way.
Have specific care preferences? No problem– you can communicate all your requirements during the scheduling process.

2. Gather and Bag Your Dirty Laundry
On the day of your scheduled pick up, gather all the clothes you need to be cleaned and place them into a bag. Don’t worry about sorting them by color, we’ll do that for you. Simply leave your laundry bag on your doorstep, and Crawford Laundry staff will take it from there.
For your first pick up, it's okay to place your items into a plastic trash bag. Your clothing will be returned with a cloth, reusable bag that you can use for future orders!
3. Receive Your Clean Laundry
Orders are returned as early as the very next day. Our delivery drivers will hang dry cleaned clothing (on a doorknob, rocking chair, etc.) and set your clean and bagged folded clothes by your front door for you to bring inside.

Drop Off Your Laundry In-Store
While there is no additional charge for our pick up and drop off services, we understand that customers may prefer to visit us in-store.
