Less than a month ago, my laptop crashed and I decided to buy a brand new one. Only three weeks later, my daughter tripped on the new laptop's cord and my laptop fell to the ground. When I opened it up, the screen was cracked! I was devastated, my brand new laptop that I just spent hundreds on had a broken screen. I asked around for recommendations on places that repairs laptops and called a few of them, making a list with pricing and repair time. 3. It's a quick, in store repair. You can imagine my excitement when I was told that they were going to fix my laptop in store, and it would take less than 2 hours.
4. Fantastic customer service! If you are like me, you get irritated when you break something. It's refreshing and so helpful to get a smiling face and helpful answers!
