Have a kid who loves exploring new places and sharing what they thought? They could be the next Macaroni KID JR Reporter, and we have a very special assignment!
Three Georgia Macaroni KID Publishers have teamed up to give one lucky family 4 tickets to visit the Georgia Aquarium! The winning family will visit the Aquarium, then help their JR Reporter share what they loved and what other kids should know before visiting.
Then, their experience will be turned into an article featured on the Macaroni KID Alpharetta, Macaroni KID Athens, and Macaroni KID East Atlanta websites to share with other Georgia families!
What is a Mac KID JR Reporter?
Macaroni KID JR Reporters are kids who experience a local attraction, event, activity, or destination and then tell us all about it -- and all from a kid's point of view.
Parents can help, too! We'll provide a simple Google Form with kid-friendly questions. Parents can read the questions and type their child's answers, then we'll use their responses to put the final article together.
JR Reporter Assignment: The Georgia Aquarium
Our mission: Send one lucky family to explore the Georgia Aquarium with 4 complimentary tickets.
Your mission: Explore the Aquarium, snap a few photos, and have your JR Reporter tell us all about the experience to help other families know what to expect when planning their own visit.

What Happens If I Win?
Go to the Georgia Aquarium and have fun! During your visit, take several photos of your family's experience.
Afterward, we'll send you a JR Reporter Follow-Up Form with questions for your child. A parent can help complete the form; your child does not have to write the article themselves.
Important Notes Before Entering
- By entering, you agree that if selected, your family will complete the JR Reporter Follow-Up Form and provide photos from your visit for the resulting Macaroni KID article.
- A parent or legal guardian must complete the forms and give permission for submitted responses and approved photos to be published.
- The winning family must be able to make their visit to the Georgia Aquarium by December 31, 2026.
- The 4 complimentary tickets do not cover parking costs or additional costs during your visit.
