It's hard to believe, but it's already time to register your child for pre-k and Kindergarten!
If your child will turn 4 by September 1st, 2015, they are eligible for the GA Lottery Pre-K program. My son is currently enrolled, and we have been very pleased with the experience. This is a lottery based program and registration dates and procedures vary by program location. Clarke County registration will take place February 9th - 20th, 2015. You can register at 240 Mitchell Bridge Road, Athens, GA, Monday - Thursday 8:15 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday 8:15 AM to 3:30 PM. Oconee County registration will take place March 4th and 5th, 2015 from 2:45 PM to 5:00 PM. Registration will be held at Colham Ferry, High Shoals, Malcom Bridge, Oconee County Primary, and Rocky Branch Elementary Schools.
